Enquiries
FitByRohit collects your full name, mobile number, city, coaching goal and optional message so Rohit can respond to your request and manage the coaching conversation. Consent is recorded when you submit. Do not include sensitive medical information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website database and are accessible through an authenticated enquiry dashboard. Hosting providers process data to operate the site. We do not sell enquiry details or automatically add you to marketing lists.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are retained for up to 180 days unless a separate customer arrangement or applicable obligation requires otherwise. You may ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw permission for further contact.
Use the contact form and select “Not sure” to request access, correction or deletion; include only information needed to identify your previous enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary session cookies protect forms and administrator logins. A local preference remembers your analytics choice. Optional Google Analytics, if configured, runs only after you accept analytics; it can collect page and interaction information under Google’s policies. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the site.
Security and spam prevention
Limited, pseudonymous request counters help prevent spam and login abuse. These counters expire automatically. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to check form submissions.
Public media
Published gallery content is visible to everyone. The administrator must hold publication rights and consent from identifiable people. Contact Rohit if you have a concern about an image or video.
Third-party links
WhatsApp and Instagram links, when present, open services operated by their respective providers. Their own privacy policies apply.
